The conversion and renovation work will focus primarily on the 1,232 m² of interior living space.

Among other things, the property will be expanded to include an exclusive wellness area with indoor pool, inspired by the elegant ambience of the Park Hyatt Hotel, an extended loft area and a spacious underground parking garage. A steel and glass elevator in the hidden courtyard area provides barrier-free access to all residential levels and the basement. Compact (staff) apartments have been designed for the two-storey gatehouse.

The exterior of the villa is to be restored to its original appearance. All metal components, such as the enclosure and entrance portal, can be renovated and coated in the original shade of green. The conversion and renovation measures will primarily focus on the approx. 933 m² interior living areas. The impressive entrance area and the large, high and bright rooms make the palace unique. A planned steel and glass elevator in the hidden courtyard area provides barrier-free access to all living levels and the basement. Compact (staff) apartments have been designed for the two-storey gatehouse.

Your design wishes and ideas can, of course, be taken into account, taking into account the regulations of the monument office. The renovation of the villa will take about 1.5 years.

Specially made and historically preserved fixtures from the early 20th century, such as open marble fireplaces, the kitchen or the listed dumbwaiter with intercom system, as well as the antique listed bowling alley in the garden will be restored and give the villa a unique character.

The villa's large windows look out onto the deep green, walled garden, where red roses make their way. As you stroll through the approximately 1,000 m² property, you will discover more than just the historic bowling alley and a private swimming pool. If you close your eyes, you will forget for a moment that you are in a big city.
